Lunchtime at the library

During the second half of every lunchtime the library is a hive of activity. Students visit the library to play with toys, read quietly, draw and colour, use computers or play a board game.

As we come together each day, we remember the traditional owners of this land, the Awabakal people. We pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and people here today. We will work together to understand their language, culture and the importance of country to the traditional owners. We acknowledge that the land of Australia always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
